1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Pass Orders

  • Cancellation of a pass is allowed if the request is made within 3 days from the start of the pass period.
  • A cancellation charge of 30% of the pass amount will apply to all eligible cancellations.
  • Trial plans are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  • After the 3-day window from the start of the pass period, cancellations are no longer permitted.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

  • The meal delivered was incorrect, damaged, or spoiled upon arrival.
  • The pass was canceled in compliance with our cancellation timelines (see Section 1).

2.2 Refund Process

  • To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order and provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos of the damaged meal or incorrect order).
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the request has been approved.
  • Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer failed to provide accurate delivery details, resulting in a failed delivery.
  • The customer was unavailable to receive the delivery within the agreed time frame.
  • Cancellation requests were made outside the stated timelines (see Section 1).
  • Trial plans or passes that have already commenced beyond the 3-day window.

3. Changes to the Policy

Feaststuff reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
