Customers can pick up their meals from the nearest Feaststuff authorized outlet that they have selected before placing their order or from our delivery partners, whichever option is available at your location, within these time frames.
2. Pickup Guidelines
- Customers are required to show their valid meal pass to the delivery partner or outlet staff during pickup.
- If the pass is missing, expired, or invalid, the customer will not be able to receive their order.
3. Missed Pickup Policy
- Orders not picked up within the designated time windows (1:00 PM to 3:00 PM or 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM) will be forfeited.
- No meals or refunds will be issued for missed pickups.
4. Pass Validity
- Meal passes will become valid starting from the next day after purchase.
- Ensure you have an active and valid pass before attempting to pick up your meal.
5. Changes to the Policy
Feaststuff reserves the right to amend this Delivery Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
