  • Feaststuff is a business owned and operated by Balasaheb Mahadeo Daylkar.
  • These terms apply to all users of our services, including those purchasing meal plans or individual orders.
  • By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Meal Plans and Passes

  • Activation: Meal plans and passes (e.g., 1 Week Trial Plan or 1 Month Standard Maharashtrian Meal Pass) are valid starting the day after purchase.
  • Usage: Passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer.
  • Exclusions: Meals are not provided on Sundays unless explicitly stated.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation of a meal pass is allowed within the terms specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • Special Dishes: Special dishes are provided every Saturday as part of select meal plans.

3. Pickup and Delivery

  • Time Frames: Customers must collect their meals within the designated time slots: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
  • Locations: Meals can be picked up from the Feaststuff authorized outlet selected during purchase or from our delivery partners, depending on availability.
  • Missed Pickups: Orders not picked up within the specified time window will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Proof of Pass: Customers must show their valid pass to collect meals. Expired or missing passes will result in the forfeiture of the meal.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments: All payments must be made in advance through the accepted payment methods on our platform.
  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after initiation.
  • Cancellation Fees: A 30% cancellation charge applies for eligible cancellations.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup details during order placement.
  • Meal Collection: Ensure that meals are collected on time and proper proof of pass is presented.
  • Pass Usage: Only valid passes can be used for meal collection. Misuse or sharing of passes is prohibited.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Feaststuff is not responsible for:
    • Delays or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Failed deliveries or pickups due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
    • Customer dissatisfaction arising from personal taste preferences.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Feaststuff reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
